Yes, you can, but individual participants won't receive official Math Kangaroo awards (including medals and ribbons) and gifts (such as toys and t-shirts). Additionally, their results will remain private and won't be included in the official ranking. The cost for individual participation is the same as for joining the MathClub team.
Do I need to subscribe to the MathClub Exercises to be part of the team? Yes, by subscribing to our MathClub Exercises, you become a member of our "online school" team, granting you access to all future math contests (note that registration fees may still apply). Moreover, you'll receive two sets of exercises each week, featuring math problems, including those from Math Kangaroo. This will better prepare your student and lead to improved contest results.
Where does the contest take place? The contest is conducted online. You'll receive detailed instructions from us within 24 hours after registration.
